	I don't see why you need two pages. If you click on the glossary and don't understand a term, you might be more inticed to click on it and learn about it. The problem with creating two pages, is that you are at a risk, of having two separate articles forming. I think the benefit of the redirect is that people can write an article, and use the "other" term, and still get pointed to the right direction.
