Jack(that was what the family/friends called him) was born in Riverside, New Jersey. Had two Sisters Hilda and Elizabeth(my Mom). Jack also had two half brothers; Bill and Joe Ford. 			I herd about John Rivers many times from the adults in my youth, quite a legendary guy down here with the sports crowd, I recall hearing of the Indian motorcycle then.
