<p><b>New page</b></p><div>Wasn't this a classic case of "locking mitts"? It isn't discussed much, but often during their title bout, Johnson would lock BOTH of Flynn's arms, frustrating Flynn to no small degree. So-much-so that Flynn began jumping up to head-butt Johnson several times in order to break free. It is often mentioned that Flynn did this head-butting, but usually in the context of being a "dirty" fighter during this bout. I saw his actions having more to do with trying to get free of his locked mitts, rather than simply being "dirty." (Yeah, I know.
