	It's important to seperate Category:Chicago Golden Gloves Champions what was the Chicago Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions from Category:Chicago Tribune Golden Gloves Champions the city or metro champions. The tournament of champions ended in 1961 so these fighters could not have won it. Beings they were both major tournaments may I suggest you enter the years won and the weight division. 	I say no, winning the tournament of champions was huge particularly in the first ten years, merging them would give a false impression, although I would agree that from 1928 to 1931 the city tournament would be in the same league. Don’t get me wrong the city tournament was and is a huge thing...although the tournament of champions was really huge. Hopefully what were doing is trying to define things the best they can be defined, they are separate titles and should be defined so. What I’m trying to do is give a clear representation of what was. It’s simple if they won the city (metro) tournament enter them under the category Chicago Tribune Golden Gloves Champions if the won the Chicago Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions enter it under the Chicago Golden Gloves Champions. I remain steadfast about years and weights; it gives a better definition of the major tournaments. Maybe it would be better if the page was Chicago Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions, although the pages themselves are self explanatory. Just because someone claims they were a champion I wouldn’t necessarily list them as one, that’s one of the reasons why dates and weight are important. I don’t have much information on the Wisconsin Golden Gloves, what help do you need. Regards, Bert.--[[User:Bert]]
