			I know about that part, although I haven't seen exact source listed at that site. Basically, I changed it in accordance with what was written in Gans' obituaries - that his real name was Gant, family name of his foster parents. One day I'll find time to rewrite the whole thing with a more detailed bio (based on the things I've learned about Gans in my research), and there I will try to explain the real name issue in the body of the main article, rather than leave it as footnote. But first I will need to contact the Maryland State Archives with a question about source of that Butts info. Or, possibly, new Gans' biography, that is to be published by McFarland very soon, may contain this info. I know that Colleen Aycock (one of book co-authors) contacted State Archives with miscellaneous inquiries about Gans for that book.

When creating a fight page, remember to add the "fight code" at the very top.
The fight code is the fight number (which you can see at the top of any fight page) contained within "fight" code tags, like this: <nowiki><fight>12345</fight></nowiki><br>

The fight code will automatically insert the names of the boxers, result, location, and date. You can then add other text and images. Try entering the fight code on [[Fight:3512|this page]] you recently created.

There is also a "boxer code" you put at the very top of any boxer page you create. The boxer code is the number (which you can see at the top of any boxer's page, assuming you created the page coming from the BoxRec database). Put that number between tags, like this: <nowiki><boxer>12345</boxer></nowiki><br>

The boxer code will automatically insert the name, and all the other stats, from the BoxRec database. However, you have to manually enter the names of managers and trainers.
