			*The Associated Press reported on April 23, 1955: "The usual shouts of 'robbery' were missing after last night's middleweight draw between Willie Pastrano and Willie Troy with both camps fairly satisfied with the outcome. . . . It was a good, hard fought scrap with both men having their moments. . . . Ringside opinion ranged from a draw to a slim victory for Pastrano with most boxing writers giving Pastrano the nod."
			*There was a crowd of 2,120 at Chicago Stadium.
			*The gross receipts were $5,162, and the net was $4,249.99.
			*Pastrano and Troy signed to fight a rematch, which was scheduled to take place on June 28, 1955, in New Orleans, Louisiana. However, the state boxing commission refused to approve the bout because it was between a black boxer and a white boxer. [[Joey Maxim]] replaced Troy as Pastrano's opponent.
