Donald William "Bill" Brennan (August 13, 1913 - November 21, 2003) was Executive Secretary of the Virginia Athletic Commission from 1956 to 1981, president of the World Boxing Association from 1970 to 1972, president of the United States Boxing Association from 1979 to 1981, and chairman of the International Boxing Federation championship committee.

In 1989, Brennan was inducted into the World Boxing Hall of Fame, "Expanded Category" (Administrators & Doctors).

In 1999, Brennan was one of four men indicted on charges of taking bribes from promoters and managers to manipulate IBF rankings. Brennan was later severed from the trial because of ill health.
