Jimmy Lundy beat Tony Portillo by TKO in round 6 of 8

Portillo won the opening round. In the 2nd round, Lundy caught Portillo on the nose, leaving him bleeding from it. Lundy wore Portillo down to the body in the next three rounds, before switching to the head in the 6th round. After being hit on the button by a dozen or more headshots, Portillo was reeling. His corner threw in the towel, as it appeared the referee was about to stop the bout.
This was Portillo's debut as a main event fighter.
