At the end of the 3rd round, Fernandez landed a right hand to the chin, that buckled Cisneros' knees, so that they briefly touched the floor. Cisneros returned to his corner wobbly. In the 4th round, a left to the face, followed by a right cross, put Cisneros away for the count.
