A former theatrical producer, William A. Brady managed boxing World Champions James J. Jeffries and James J. Corbett, among others. He is credited with being one of the first boxing managers to "use the modern system of ballyhoo." Ring Magazine: October 1931, p. 6. For his contributions to boxing, Bill Brady was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
