This will be the classes he does at the martial arts club, you should get your self there even if just for fitness. Neils two sons train there with him and they also go to the tai boxing classes and ju jitsu they are a good group of people.

hi In regards to the updated info on Neil Malpass, he trains most nights of the week and has found a new interest in ju jitsu, and tai boxing which he attends with his two sons and has done so for the past eight years.
