Your words are marked. Do you still think this will happen? I'd for it to but I can't see Hatton agreeing to it.

i said if ricky lost it would not be because of weight. sorry, i was wrong. weight did contribute to his defeat

The only viable moves are retirement, or back down to 140. Witter would be the obvious opponent, but Paulie Malignaggi would be ok - the fight would be huge in Madison Square Garden.
Id hate Ricky to fight Cotto or De la Hoya, he would get munched

I don't think weight played much of a factor personally... I think between the blaming of Cortez, the mis "tactics", Hatton being faded and weight - I think Mayweather is AGAIN not getting enough credit for a masterful last 3 rounds.

Hatton probably weighed 152-155 on fight night, Mayweather weighed around 147. Hatton came up from 140, Mayweather came up from 130, EXPLAIN

easy to explain - different types of physique. you and i would probably gain or lose weight in different ways. ok, hatton may have weighed over 150lbs come the first bell but at the weigh in, why the hell after such prolonged prep time since so soon after the castillo bout, did ricky not come in bang on 147 pounds?????????????? why hand floyd an early psychological advantage if nothing else??
