Very true. People forget about things like that.

At the end of the day, Ricky himself said "Floyd fought better on the inside than I thought". That means that he must have had time throughout the fight where he was trying things out, but they just didn't work.

As has been said many a time, THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR SKILLS. Ricky, and the rest of his merry followers in the gym have limited skills. All most of them are is tough sluggers. Let's be honest here, when you get hit (as a fighter in general) you ARE almost certainly going to lose to a fighter like Floyd. Let it go...
