Johnny Nelson, who turned 37 this week, has made it clear he wants to be kept busy this year or he will walk away from the sport.
Said Nelson: "I know that the clock is ticking for me. I had only one fight last year. If that's the case in 2004 then I'll retire.
"I need to be boxing at least two or three times a year or I'm put at a disadvantage no matter how hard I work in the gym."
There's talk of a defence of his WBO cruiserweight title against Dariusz Michalczewski, or even Vassiliy Jirov.
Nelson has nothing to lose at targetting the very best at this stage of his career.
Over to you, Mr. Warren.
