A good effort by McKinnon. He seems to be a real improver.

For fornicate sake! This is Palmer's first time over more than a six rounder and he is in a regional title 12 rounder. Who organised this bullshit?

McKinnon is 10-3-1 and a Former NZ Middleweight Champion, hes now fighting at Super-Middleweight. He has a few good scalps including Jonny Walker, Rico Chong Nee and now Kerey Palmer, obviously none are world beaters but all are solid performers on the regional stage! His 3 loses were to Kali Jacobus, Peter Kazzi and Cameroon Commonwealth Games fighter Charles Njock.

McKinnon will never be a world champ but he should provide some good fights over the next few years in NZ and Australia.
