I like to watch football, but as for who finishes where, I really do not care in the slighest.
However, I hope Chelsea win nothing. If they don't win a trophy, they need to be worried, because Mr Abramovich, sooner or later, will lose interest & leave the club in financial turmoil.
Arsenal & Man Utd, paly the best football, much more so than the rest.

Chelsea were in financial turmoil before Abramovich arrived. At least they've won a few trophies in the last 5 years. They'll be in the shit if he leaves, what with the wages they're paying, but no worse than they were before he arrived. Arsenal could be in the shit if people stop spending fortunes at their lovely new stadium, because they're in debt as well. As are United, who have been loaded with debt by the Glazers. Liverpool seem to be headed for a very similar situation due to their own Yanks. West Ham are being bankrolled by wealthy individuals as well; how else were the likes of Lucas Neill turning down bigger clubs for relegation battles? The Premier League is full of teams who could 'do a Leeds' within a season if things go wrong. To single out Chelsea, although they are the worst (or perhaps best) example of football living in a dream world in terms of finances is perhaps a bit harsh. As for Arsenal and United playing the best football, I'm in partial agreement. Arsenal play splendid football, whether it's their first team at Anfield, or their kids at Ewood in the Carling cup. Man Utd. play some stunning attacking stuff with their first team, but they went to Anfield with no intention of anything other than a draw, and a win if they could nick it. They did, which is why they'll always be there or thereabouts. But they're not the constant free-flowing entertainers their fans would have us all believe. Which is fine, because, at the end of the day, it's winning that counts in professional sport.

I could work magic at Portsmouth with some eastern european handing me millions to do it with. He never had the money at Saints, that's why he didn't get anywhere.

I disagree, mate. People were banging on about both Harry's and Sam's credentials for ages, but in Sam's case, it escalated last season more because the England's managers job became free - the exact same about Harry this season when Steve McLaren was sacked - it only went away because he got arrested for alleged corruption in football, which in my opinion is bollocks. Newcastle - stuck in mid table and we'll probably stay there till May. Need a really good run and no injuries to get anywhere near the top 6, i cant see it happening now, especially as half the teams away to Africa next month. We'll be there next year though after Sam's had a full year to sort the squad out.
