need help verifying a boxers record

Hello All,

I am attempting to verify a fighters record. Unfortunatly he is not on boxrec.com. Is this possible if you have had 19 fights as he claims? He does have a state issued boxing license as well as Federal Identification card isssued by the state boxing commision. He is from Cuba. Could this possibly make it harder to obtain his record in the United States. The promoter according to him has all the record information. Would the state boxing commision have his record on file? Please Help!

First of all what’s his name?

Do U know his weight category and years of activity?

AFAIK, Cuba has no professional boxing so any record there would be amateur.
Any commission worth their salt should have his record before he fights.

Get the record from the promoter so we can research it.
