Happy boxrec new year....

Post by jamesmcdonnell »

To all my boxrec buddies around the U.K and elsewhere.

To those of you I've met, hope to see you again soon, and those I haven't, hope to see you at a meet one day. The others who I never want to meet, well good luck to you anyway.

Cheers! :TU:

If 2008 is as good as 2007 for british boxing then happy days!

My usual tipple of Bailey's and Guinness in the same glass is setting me on my way nicely before i pay ludicrous prices on Broad Street in a couple of hours time.

Happy New Year to all on Boxrec.

Happy New Year to the lot of you. No booze for me just yet, because I feel like shit. However, I'm confident I can drink through that in the next few hours.

Aye, 100 per cent serious. It takes a while to get used to its odd taste - i was introduced to it by my ex-girlfriend in Ireland three or four years ago - but it certainly grows on you.

It’s a bit of a lady-boy drink, as Alan Partridge would say.

"Ahhh Ladyboys"..

Have a good night lads.

Tom fair play for braving Broad st - That'll cost you a few quid!

I have heard of black velvet - Guinness and champagne but the baileys mixer is a new one on me.

Taking the missus out for a meal then a lock in at our favourite boozer. Shud be a good un! :TU:

Been a bastard of a year for me so here's hoping 08 is a good un for everyone.

Off to the local at 9, about the only place round here not charging 30 quid for entrance and a sausage roll!

C Novim Godom!

Started drinking some vodka, about to make some boullabaisse for the missus and I before listening to Putin's new year address and going for a walk to watch the fireworks.

I have no idea why I felt in necesary to tell you all that, or even why I'm on here on New Year's Eve.

Happy New Year to all.

Kevin, how old are you? I would say from seeing your picture that you're around the 40 mark.
