how do you save images from a youtube video?.

You can use the "PrtScn" button on your keyboard to copy a screenshot. You then need to open up an imaging program (Microsoft Paint is fine) and paste the image.

Do you want screen shots or whole videos?

For videos use a flv player and one of the numerous flv converter sites on the web, such as:

Just tried out this site:

Its handy as it doesnt require an flv player, you can convert straight to mpeg
