WBA super-middleweight champion Anthony Mundine's title defence against Japan's 38-year-old Yoshimori Nishizawa on January 19 have resulted in poor ticket sales. Management at the Entertainment Center in Sydney say that there are still "plenty" of seats available at the 6479-capacity arena. It hasn't helped that ticket prices are not cheap, but the Aussies are't kidded. This is a mismatch. They are doing what us Brits should do for equally poor main events in this country (and I can think of one coming up in Dagenham and one next month in Cardiff).
Just not turn up.
