Quite a lot of fights in Africa do not make it onto the boxrec datatbase, so a lot of African boxers records can be incomplete. Hopefully, in this case it is. We know he's lost to George Ahie, who has often been the opponent in the UK before. He has at least been 12 rounds, but to a very poor opponent.
As you say, he is a replacement, which is good organisation from SN, but as a contest the odds against the guy are off the scale, and personally I wouldn't sanction it unless I'd seen the guy fight.

One day this is going to go wrong, ok so the lad from Africa may of had more fights than his record suggests, but if they can't be substantiated then the fight shouldn't go ahead.
Its not Kevin Mitchell fault, and no doubt he has sold alot of tickets to his fans, and i'd like to see him box, but not in a mismatch, which this is on paper.

Imagine if Aryeetey gets injured in this fight, it would give the anti-boxing brigade alot of ammunition.
I just can't see how the board are letting this go ahead.
He's basically a 2 fight novice, he was beaten in his debut, also dropped in that fight by body shots. but then has had a break of 2 years before getting back in the ring.
