James Hare
He had a good little run. Anybody know what he's up to now?

Retired I think - James was one of my favourites and his big chance came when he fought Barnes for the British title - Very exciting had a decent KO record but sadly only a good domestic level fighter - Hes only 32 this year but was definately in decline the last time I saw him fight - I dont think James is short of a bob or two - He comes from a pretty well off family so he should be alright financially - I wish him well whatever he is doing now, and thank him for some great entertainment.

Wondered the same thing -I found a small piece where it said he was training to be a shop fitter.
There was also some small snippets that gave me the impression he had lost his desire to fight - It mentioned he hasn't been in the gym since his last fight, a 6 round points loss.
I remember him losing to Rivera - It was his 5th fight in 2003, and a lot was made about how he had taken too many fights that year, and that it played a big part in the stoppage loss to Rivera. Not so sure myself.
It was a bit of a surprise to me when he lost to Barnes as badly as he did though.
