Heard a whisper...

Post by 80's Bible »

That all is not well between Danny Williams and a certain thin-skinned promoter. There's a storm brewing...

Something like that. But it's not something to be discounted entirely. Things could get very interesting over the next few days, or immediately after the fight. Mark these words.

Well, this is bit of a last chance saloon for the big fella. (being with SN and FW I mean).
I fear his career has imploded and what is rare amongst British fighters theses days, no-one can doubt that he has only himself to blame.

Did nobody else notice that that was a lyric from a famous song?

What could Danny have possibly done to warren(t) the wrath of 'the unmentionable'?

It don't take much, does it. And Danny's recent history has been unsettled to say the least. He twice pulled out of scheduled warm-ups with Germany's Ralf Packheiser - the first time in October after he had actually weighed in for the fight (he fell ill on the afternoon of the fight) and the second time last month after he accused the big German of taking steroids!
He seemed very unsettled, and announced a reunion with former trainer Jim McDonnell in that same period, though, somewhat bizarrely, will continue to work with trainer Adam Booth trainer for fitness and weight training.
Add to that his Lion walkout, and you have all the signs of a fighter whose heart ain't really in the game any more. He keeps thinking a change of external circumstances will bring back the fire. It won't.

Well the only thing I can think of which springs to mind is that Danny wanted to pull out of this fight, or wasn't training.

Of course this could all be a load of bollocks of course, anyone else think of what it could be, we could have a sweepstake on the reason!

Wasn't it a george michael tune, not that I like him either.

I fornicating detested what when I was a nipper, I could never understand why everyone thought they were so fornicating great, hated Duran Duran too.

Mind you, for some bizzare reason I was mad about Level 42, so who am I to criticise?

You aren't the first to question that, fear not, it's not jiggery-pokery.

Have used that word in a meeting at work today already. It's one of my favourites, but not one I use often, but I did use it today.

I also recommend "shenanigans".

Piffle is one of mine.

I sent a text into Radio 5 live a few months back and used the word, Nicky Campbell read it out and thought it was great and kept making references to it throughout their breakfast show!

Thanks to Danny Williams treacherous act against Lion and the BBC, he's opened my eyes about what a bad man he is and also how Audley is a great guy and that the whole British public should get behind this hero of your's and give him your full support.

Unless Danny chooses to come back to the BBC and LION, he won't get the full support of his once loyal fan's ever again!

BABY JOE MESI WINS KO3 LENNOX LEWIS

I know this fight is almost a certainty as Lewis will go for a big payday agianst Mesi rather than his rematch with Vitali klitscko. He'll come in underprepared and pay for it against Mesi

Joe will shock the world and Knockout Lewis in the 3rd
Hahahahaha...nasty you really should have your own show son. Perhaps you could release a standup show on DVD for next Xmas?

In the meantime, I recommend you lay off the crackpipe.....

People laughed at Buster Douglas just before he fought Tyson and he was a 42-1 long shot

BABY has all the tools to dismantle Lewis

Your forgetting Lewis will be 38 and 9 months in may. The man has become slow, fat and old

Mesi will do the world a favour and KNOCKOUT LEWIS in 3 rounds!
