It sums up today's chaotic title scene that a chance to fight for a proper world title is not jumped at. But there we have it. According to Irish-Boxing.com, Brian Magee is ready to accept the offer to challenge WBC super-middleweight champion Markus Beyer on February 28 in Germany if the money is right and a neutral referee agreed on, the latter of which makes sense after the Robin Reid fiasco late last year.
Magee's camp are expected to make a decision over the weekend.

the beyer vs green fight had a american ref so i dont see this factor as a huge problem

Who they bullied the shit of to make sure that Beyer left with his title...maybe they won't want to take the chance of a fair ref again.

I know it's debatable whether Green should have been stopped, depending on your interpretation of the rules, however, they way they rushed the ring doesn't fill me with confidence.

Can you imagine if Tillerman made another appearance!
