I dont think the bouts on this record prior to 1927 are for the same fighter

can anyone help

Could belong with the 1919-1924 Billy Angelo. He also originally fought out of York, PA, then Pittsburgh.
I notice a number of Angelo's bouts aren't listed.
How can I enter these missing items? Do I have to be an Editor? If so, how can I become one? I have a number of bouts that don't appear in Boxrec.
