CHANNEL M - VIP Promotions today announced an exclusive agreement with the TV channel -owned by the Guardian group that print the Manchester Evening Newspaper – to show their promotions . The shows will be delayed and will also show footage of the boxers in training , working , eating and other general details on the lads including hobbies. Not only will this create good publicity for the boxers it will give them the chance to get used to the media attention that will come their way when topping bills on big shows ,which is sure to happen for a few of the lads !!! . The channel is now not only available in Manchester , but can be seen on SKY channel 203 - Dates and times of shows to follow on next weeks gossip.
JAMIE MOORE - Who is the father figure and guy the VIP boxers look up to and aspire to, will be the commentator for these shows.

Its very good news if we're not losing Live Jamie Moore fights.
Is Jamie Moore not part of VIP Promotions as it mentions that he will be commentating rather than boxing? Will he continue to go out on Live Sky Sports?

Martin - channel M is on sky channel 203
Chambers - Jamie will still fight on sky, as will other VIP fighters. I think channel M will be showing the smaller shows which at present sky dont cover. Shows like the next one in blackpool (i dont know if channel M are covering that one, its just my example). Its a great opportunity for lads liek Alex matvienko, who has a style made for TV, Martin moran, mark Thompson, brian Rose, jack Arnfield etc... etc... to get some more coverage.

I think the upcoming Blackpool show is on the 1st March . The Colne and Bolton shows that have just been will also be on, I think on the 9th and 10th of Feb (I think).

I think there is some red tape with sky mate, still waiting to get that one through (I believe).Mooresy wrote:Plus lads there gonna be showing some fights from few years back, like me v Jones, Macklin, Brodie v Chi, Rigby v Ayers... you know, the boring ones. Think there gonna have regular slot every other week. Don't hold me to that though! But there definately gonna show em.
