When I watched Chag Vs Sprott, Chag mostly just bullied Sprott with his strength and made Sprott's corner pull him out. Skelton Is strong so he shouldn't be bullied by Chag.

Skelton's got a good chin as well so he will last the distance.

This Is better choice than Valuev's defence and some of the choices that the other champs have picked as title defences.

Yeah, I dont see Skelton being outclassed as some are saying, not if he's on form... his inactivity could be a problem and he looked poor in his last fight against Sprott (but then how do you fight a guy who wont fight??) ...but I'm hoping Matt has been training hard for this and is injury free and will see it as the fight of his career, which it is ofcourse....
so he's definately in with a shout imo...

Rawlings says no, Woodall says no, and Buncey agrees - So thats it the experts have unanimously decided Big Matt wont become the WBA world champ next Saturday - Even the bookies have him 5 to 1 against - One person who thinks he can win is Big Matt himself, which is no real surprise - Big Matt is a charger and the arguement is others have tried this tactic against Chagaev in the past and failed, so therefore Skelton will - If Matt cant charge him, rough him up, and bully him then he has to beat him on points - The further arguement is Matt doesnt have the boxing skills to do that - Two things in Skeltons favour are his superb fitness and his determination to win, but are these enough - Quite obviously Skeltons biggest career challenge and although Chagaev isnt any sort of ATG he does however look far too good for Matt to take the title - So does Matt have any more than a punchers chance?

If Matt wins, it will be a massive upset.

He just does not have the tools to cut it at the top level; even a top level as poor as the current one.
