Macklin was originally schedulled for the Wembley show as his first fight back, but was on holiday over Christmas and so will instead feature on the 21st Feb Cardiff bill.
What a wkend for Brummies that will be!!
Fight night in Cardiff on the Saturday, then driving back up to Birmingham in time to watch the Blues hammer the V*lla on the Sunday morning....
...gonna have my drinking boots on for that one!![[icon_e_biggrin.gif] :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

Well, Dave i am still waiting patiently for your in depth analysis on Wolves-Man Utd which as yet has not been forthcoming. The same day in fact that your boys were labouring to a 1-1 draw at Manchester's other mighty giants.....BurnleyChambers wrote:I feel I need to post on this thread, cause I'm only 20 miles away from Brum and I am about 10 miles from Wolverhampton which is far too close for my liking (I can smell it)
Fair play it was a good win for your boyssteve689 wrote:Well, Dave i am still waiting patiently for your in depth analysis on Wolves-Man Utd which as yet has not been forthcoming. My baggies were unlucky to get a man sent off in our game, but we still managed to come back and snatch a draw 8)

I would like to see Wolves stay up, Baggies come back up and the Vile go down. We could have some great darbies wihout the stench that eminates from V*lla Park...Chambers wrote:Fair play it was a good win for your boyssteve689 wrote:Well, Dave i am still waiting patiently for your in depth analysis on Wolves-Man Utd which as yet has not been forthcoming. I have a mate from there who is a Hammers fan.(Who got relegated at St Andrew's last season...)
Is there a Nestle factory round that way?
Same county, but could not be more different than Pinner.

Boxed there off/on for 2/3 years. Lived literally around the corner.knockout artist wrote:You must know St Pancras ABC in Talacre Road?Goz wrote:Where, Birmingham or Pinner?
Pinner is London, 0208 phone number, tube station, anyway I only moved there 2 years ago, born and bred in Camden Town for the first 28 years of my life.
See, we've hijacked the Brummies thread now.....

I haven’t seen or spoken to Macklin in a while, but early indications were that he is enjoying the Manchester camp.bennie wrote:How is Macklin doing under trainer Billy Graham, Terry?
He says there is a good attitude up there and a winning mentality.
He knew Paul Smith from their amateur days and they get on well.
He feels that his body work has already come on but I just hope he doesn’t become a Hatton clone and develops his own style.
