BLACKPOOL TOWER CIRCUS ARENA ON 16TH FEBRUARY 2008

The first VIP show of 2008 looks like being a sell out 3 weeks before the show. All tickets are out with the boxers who are looking for more between themselves and the venue have just a few left which are being sold on http://www.ticketmaster.com Those lucky enough to get a ticket will be in for a treat :-

BRIAN ROSE v EAMMON GOODBRAND
JACK ARNFIELD v MARTIN MARSHALL
JEFF THOMAS v BAZ CAREY
MARTIN MURRAY v DEAN WALKER
CHRIS JOHNSON v TERRY ADAMS
ALEX MATVIENKO v DAVY WALKER
JON KAYS v STEVE GETHIN
RICK GODDINS v KARL TAYLOR


CHANNEL M - Will film the above event and delayed highlights will be shown on the 1st March 2008

MIKE GOMEZ – His WBU title fight with Lee McAllister has been put back until the 29th March 2008

Details in our next gossip will confirm our March16th show at Everton Park in Liverpool and March 30th in Colne ,plus other planned events.

Marshall is a good test for Arnfield at this stage early in his career, he gave Alex two great fights.

Probably means Davey Jones, who is going on the road as a bit of a journeyman these days.

Good to see Tez getting a few outings - even if he is being brought in as the opponent.

Looks like a prospects V journeymen affair, in the main.

I guess the big attraction is for the boxers mates to turn up and see their mate get a win!

Still should be an entertaining, if not strictly competative, evenings boxing!

Gopod to see Jeff Thomas back. I think thats his first one, since his loss to Oisin Fagan in Dublin for the Irish title.

I think jack will beat martin who tends too blow hot and cold, in the first fight wit me he never wanted to know and its only because of the low blows and point deduction it became a draw, in the re match he seemed alot more hungry and had something to prove and boxed brilliant at times and was in much better condition but i still beat him 5 rounds to 1.I have sparred jack thou and he is very good think he is one too watch out for :TU: This has the makings for a good fight thou
