Joel Casamayor has a new trainer for his crunch rematch with Diego Corrales on March 6. Trainer of the moment James "Buddy" McGirt takes over from Joe Goossen, given the elbow for reasons not currently disclosed.

I picked Casamayor to win the match anyway but the introduction of McGirt makes me believe that he will certainly win and probably by stoppage. I hear that if Freitas decides he will stay up at Lightweight then this match will be for his vacant title? Not that i am bothered as it is a great matchup regardless of titles.
