Here we go again!

Hatton bashing!

I rate Witters WBC Title wining effort and defences ABOVE Hattons 727 WBU Titles defences.

What do you think?

Do the History Books even mention the WBU?

No, but the history books remember a former WBA welterweight world champion and a former IBF, WBA, IBO light welterweight world champion.

Ah, I remember now. I forget he vacated it to face Luis Collazo and then re-won it by beating Juan Urango.

The POINT is,

I think it is better to WIN a legit BELT and hold onto it instead of winning a belt VACATING and then going BACK for the belt to call yourself a time Champ etc etc!

Comprende?

Yes, I understand that, but surely it's about who you beat and not what gaudy belt you have around your waist?

It Is better Indeed.

I like when a champ becomes champ and cleans out the division too rather than just beating one guy thinking their the best.
