I'm sure you all heard it on 'Ringside' last night. Paul Dempsey asked Johnny Nelson who he was fighting next, and Johnny, completely straight-faced, replied: "Jirov in the spring."
The guy ought to be a poker player. Jirov in the spring...my arse.

Yeah he's probably refering to Jirov's 70 year old Granddad.

Nelson seems to get on well with Glenn McCrory. They could have fought of course. McCrory was IBF cruiser champ when Nelson was ranked high in the world rankings in the late 80's.
