Takaloo in 'Hard Man' series

Post by bennie »

Some of you might have seen a trailer on Sky in which Phil Mitchell talks about a forthcoming series involving a battle of hard men. The title of the new series escapes me now, but Takaloo is going to be in it.
Perhaps, Dirt Sugar can enlighten us more.

Yeah, I spoke to him about it the other day and he said while it was okay, he didn't do that well but said it wasn't quite what he expected.

He thought it would be more of a Superstars-type thing, you know, press-ups, chin-ups that kind of thing, but it was things like holding on to a tyre while two people try and pull your arms off, and having your head in a box and they pour sand in it and the idiot who can stay in their the longest wins.

"It should be called Britain's most stupid bloke" is what he told me.

He also said he was the smallest bloke in it. Sounds like he'd be better off on Superstars, where his athletic ability would come to the fore.

Shame. Takaloo is reputed to be fantastically-fit.

Saw the ad for this today, they showed a clip of somebody smashing in a front windscreen with a sldge hammer :-?.
So that's what "hard men" do is it?
Typical satellite tv, it actually shocks me that there are people in this country so moronic that they enjoy watching this kind of crap, along with world's deadliest gangs and whatever other brainless shit glorifying the scum of the earth.
