dominic devannas first win was a 1st round win after devanna had knocked hindmarsh down 3 times is there anyway of getting the victory changed to a tko?

Nope!
It was a points win over 6 according to WA Combat Sport Commission.
If the Commission made an error ask them to contact me. They have my contact details.

BTW, 3 knockdowns in any ONE round is a KO.
3 knockdowns over the distance amounts to a definite points win & not TKO.
