Darchinyan rorted BIGTIME

Post by onezero »

ive never been a big Vic fan, but when I heard he had been robbed in the Phillipines I thought it may have been sour grapes and that maybe it was time for retirment but after watching this Vic dominated Z Gorres throught the fight. Dan Raph scored it 119 - 108.
After watching this link i am very sure he is right.

Z Gorres went down more times then a Thai GoGo girl in that fight.
It was a good matchup but the draw is a bitmuch, Yet Vic new he would need a KO to get the decision he wanted.

I totally agree, but when you talk about the money involved in boxing and the importance of a fight like this it really makes you wonder.

If it was any other industry you would have a federal enquiry taking place.

Except for round twelve, which look like an off balance fighter, they were all clear knockdowns. I hadn't seen the footage untill now, but that is a refereeing disgrace. Forget the judges that was just hopeless. He should have to compensate Vic for criminal injustice.

Vic is getting the title shot anyway. Instead of going through some rigmarole, his people sent a tape of the fight to the IBF to let them decide who the better fighter was, with a leter pointing the number of knockdowns th referee did not count.

Its scary what refs can miss accidently and sometimes semi-intentionally.

Ref had to be alittle freaked due to where the fight was.

It was Revill's first major international fight outside of New Zealand. The occasion may have got to him.

Just for the record. Since this fight, Revill has not refereed or judged a fight. I wonder why?
