Who do you think would win...

Post by The REAL McCoy »

A fight between Russian super-featherweight European champion Boris Sinitsin & commonwealth champ 'Hot Property' Craig Docherty?

Tommy Gilmour is trying to make this fight for April in Glasgow

Boris stopped ageless frenchman Affif Djelti in 10 rounds but McCoy missed that fight, only seeing the stoppage but heard that Sinitsin wasnt exactly impressive in the lead up to the stoppage & Craig is looking good at the moment

Its no certainty that the fight will be made, but if it was could Craig do it?

Good to see Craig going for a proper title. He deserves it after the guts he showed last time out. But Sinitsin looks useful, and has a beauty of left hook. Fighting in Glasgow won't bother him in the slightest, after several notable wins he has pulled off in the other man's hometown down the years...just seven losses in 51 fights speaks for itself.
He's the Roman Karmazin of the super-featherweight division, unheralded but extremly dangerous, and a lanky fighter, too. Docherty is tall for the weight at 5ft 7in, but Sinitsin is half an inch taller...
