Willie Taylor and Willie Ray Taylor the same??

I sparred with Willie Taylor in Northern Virginia in the late 80's. He came from North Carolina, and told me of many experiences he had as an 'opponent' previously. His stories match up not only with HIS record as listed, but also with the record of 'Willie Ray Taylor' from the same area at the same time. Can they be one and the same person ?

There are two guys IIRC, and the bouts are mismatched. I'll see what I can do to fix it.
