Even the Eubank/Watson II fight? I can't see that,personally,because it would be about the best fight ever if it did,anywhere in the world ever. These two will be 220 lb. blokes on the night,and to throw the power-laced flurrys that Eubank and Watson were letting go from the opening bell(until the end) it would end in a round or two with blood everywhere,no question. That went 12.

This fight will be a let down, because David Haye is simply a level above Enzo M and hits harder than any CW in history..

David punches faster than Enzo, he punches more accurately than Enzo, he punches more fluid than Enzo, and he punches alot harder than Enzo.. Enzo will have to move his hands away from his face to throw a punch, and Hayes will just get in first.. it wont go 2 and Enzo wont get in a head punch.. and we'll feel a little let down after the hype its gonna receieve this wk..

Of course it's going to be a letdown!

Anything that takes months to brew and seconds to consume is a letdown.

The KO will be a good one though. Haye and Booth are obviously hatching some kind of devious masterplan to pull it off in double-quick time, hence the secrecy.

I like Buncey as he clearly loves boxing, but he does exaggerate a lot!

He said last night that ALL Hayes KO'd 'victims' have been "unconscious, oxygen and everything" I can't remember one.

Bless 'im, he does get excited does old Buncey. I don't remember anyone needing oxygen either. I think Buncey uses a bit of artistic license at times.

The old windbag will preach for whatever channel he's working for at the time. Everyone knew who Benn & Eubank were, but I'm telling everyone to watch out for this one on Sat night, and they haven't a clue who I'm talking about ( are they the same weight as Amir Khan?? is the general response )

Is the main event on at 1.30am?

And when does DH arrive in the UK?

His theory that staying in the USA for as long as possible, so as to stay on US time for the fight, seems a little weird. He's still going to be jet lagged after a 10 hour flight no?

Yep, 1.30 is the figure I had.

Most people haven't a clue who either of them are. I know that in the past Haye wasn't a massive ticket shifter, and I've seen no evidence since to suggest he is either.

Macca hasn't really sold out any massive bills under his own steam, or am I mistaken, cannot think of one where he's headlined and sold tonnes of tickets.

Would love to go to this live, but the only seats I can afford are miles away from the action, and I find it really shit when the two combatants are tiny figures in the distance. Was like that at the Haye v Mormeck fight, stuck right at the back of the auditorium. Took away from the thrill.

Thanks, a decent hour for a big fight by UK standards these days. Hopefully Setanta kick off at 11pm with the Mitchell fight, get the pub punters hooked and keep the place open for the main event. Then we can drink up and go home at 1.45.

Two big punchers with suspect chins and leaky defenses mean it is likely to be a brief fight, but not necessarily a great one.

No chance IMO. Haye is a good boxer but people are going on about him like one of the all time greats. He came so close to getting tripped up by Mormeck and noone would've been all that surprised really as JMM was world champ, but just cos he won the whole 4th round has been totally glossed over.
I've seen plenty of both to see there's only one winner here and it's Enzo and at 13/2 on points you can't fall off.
Don't stand in the way of the predictable big right handers and you have a perfect blueprint for how to beat David Haye.

Bunce is good for the sport, especially in respect of drawing in the casual fan, but most of the time he is way ott.

It's important for him to be ott. He's part of the media, and they specialise in hype. It gets the average Joe interested.

Yes, didn't he call the first round of the Pavlik vs Taylor rematch like the greatest round of all time! and how both were standing at the start of the 2nd was some achievement!

Have to take exception to the months to brew, seconds to consume statement. There are good analogies, and trust me the best things are worth waiting for.
