Hey moderators: Can DECAGON come back to the FORUM?

Post by elmersalsa »

This is a question for the boxing forum moderators:

Is there any way that DECAGON could come back to the forum?

I think Decagon's departure is a loss to the forum and I hope he can be let back in.

I second that! He was a bit over the top but certainly a funny mofo.

He's already back as Granberry, given the Kevin Howard references (yawn).

I'm putting my name in favour, very definitely, to this petition.

Decagon's loss is a blow for Boxrec's former combative spirit, and we need him back, SOON. We have a population infested with pansies, it's not like we can afford to lose our heavy-hitters.

Since we haven't had any mad porn attacks of late, I"m not sure he's even interested in us any more. His problem wasn't as complicated BEFORE he hit us with the gay&child porn attacks. Not sure the CEO would look too kindly on this request.

I'm pretty open minded to just about any prospects, but his reaction to his suspension may have sealed the deal on him.

'heavy-hitters'.... if Decagon is an example of what you feel is quality posting, then him and all the other posters who follow his 'lead' should think about establishing their own elitist forum somewhere else, away from those of us who don't need 'educating' and don't need our 'boundaries challenged', or whatever asinine definition people want to put on their insulting and unwarranted behaviour.

He can come back any time he wants. he was not banned, his username was zapped, that's all.

And as a matter of fact, he has come back numerous times under different usernames all of them as a gay porn spammer.

So to answer your question, it's up to him if he wants to come back and share his boxing knowledge.

...perfect answer....when a new nameplate arrives and behaves they are allowed to enjoy the forum......when they post porn we sort of get annoyed and delete the account.

Would we even recognize a "well behaved decagon"? or is that an oxymoron?

Lucky for us ALL it's not your decision then, eh mate? Luckier still he is free to come back.

And UNLUCKILY for us all, he probably choose to not waste his time here, not at his hourly rate I'd think. You talk of "asinine", the childish shit spewed as standard fare over on 'Other Sports' isn't going to be much of an incentive for him, now is it?

mmmmmmm, he seemed mighty keen on posting while he was here. Dozens of posts a day. All shite too.

Hourly rate? Hahahahaha, he's been on a disability pension for years hasn't he?

I think we can count it as a blessing that he has not, and a blessing deffered that some have not yet followed his lead.

And as for childish shit, if his post history is still available, I would encourage anyone to look into it... his ratio of worthwhile post to insulting childish shit is vanishingly small.... and it depends on your definition of childish shit, a bit of banter (lots of it about politics if you bothered to look) doesn't deserve to get dumped in with the generalised abuse served up by the 'intellects' that you probably prefer to the rest of us....

Understand this isn't a dig at you, because I have the advantage of having met the other Jaybee, and I know that this combative, provocative persona is not the be all and end all.

Why was he banned ?
As in what post/s or did he do specifically to get banned ?

was it just being off topic or insulting other members.

Well I think he has some issues, he used to be quite a sane poster but recently had gone completely off the wall, while I dont like to see people banned if someone is out of control and totally unpleasent then he only brings down the forum.....

By the way does 'chronic' porn mean that it stays with you even if you take antibiotics???...... :o :o :o

The only explanation I can come up with is that Elmer must realise that if Decagon is allowed back in then he can return the mantle of biggest dickhead to its rightful owner.
