12 round - Martinez swinging - didn't see the full round... so I cannot judge it.

How was that a Majority decision I don't know... we nearly had a Kelly vs Maladrottu.

WOW, what a score:)))) Martinez was awful... absolutly terrible and he won not more then 2-3 rounds...

Great result for Munroe. I was getting a bit nervous when Munroe was dancing around the ring in round 12, I was worried that round may have cost him the win. I had Munroe winning by 4 rds but I was still wary of a possible dodgy decision and would have preferred if Munroe tried to win round 12 just incase. Remember what happened to Winky against Taylor in round 12 .......... (eventhough that was a FAR closer fight)

Superb display of disciplined boxing by Munroe. English champion to European Champion in the space of months is nothing short of remarkable. Still got plenty to learn and improve on, but if you can win an EBU title as unfinished article, this should be a very good sign.

Great night for British boxing, Booth retains his Commonwealth title against a tough Ghanian and Munroe captures the EBU title a weight division up.

Bernard Dunne must be kicking himself. That defeat was never going to look 'good' but now...
It's gonna be a hard one to come back from and restore credibility.

I was very impressed with Munroe when he fought Andy Morris - A fight I scored a draw. He looks even better as a Super Bantam.

If he continues his improvement, who knows maybe he'll go futher than EBU level. I think he beats Pickering comfortably, Dunne's speed and technique might prove to me more difficult - thats will be a great fight.

What a win for Monroe. He beat a man who had never been beaten either as an amateur or Pro. 40 fights, 38 by KO, amateur, and 17 fights, 14 by KO in the pro ranks. As Euro champ he should get a world title shot soon.

I wonder if Martinez's camp put a 1000's of pounds on a 66/1 first round KO this time... No they didnt, more reason for me to think the Dunne ifght was corrupt.

Martinez was awful, how did Dunne lose? All that cash on Kiko, hmmm...

Well, he didn't have to hit Dunne that hard then... Dunne could have taken a dive without geniunally getting KO'd.
