Good result for munroe, I can see a fight against Bernard Dunne for munroe or even a settle to score with martinez.

Other Irish Interest that card:
Scott Belshaw was beat when really he should have put this guy away if he has seroius aspirations that the weight.

Brian Magee scored his 30th (thats some stat for a guy who has never fought for a world title) win against tyrone wright who had him down in the second, though Magee even that score in the last round. I think if he didnt put him down he would have lost, so well done to him and a commonwealth title fight on the horizon?

30th win without challenging a world title - nice. Mitchell had 25 before fighting for a brit title though! Also, Magee has always fallen short hasnt he, a solid domestic and possible fringe euro fighter.

Munroe's result was excellent. Martinez has been exposed. Must admit I suspected he could be fringe world class after sparking dunne in one, however, Munroe kept the fight at range and never really looked in trouble.

Martinez is just KO crazy. His record is all about KOs, both at amateur and pro. Monroe was quick on his feet and avoided the heavy shots very well. Two rounds up was about right and its a superb win on Monroes record.

Last Friday really shows Dunne up, even more so than being knocked out in 90 seconds did...

He's going on some kind of national tour now with fights in small towns - it'll be a while before he's selling out the Point again

To be fair Peters always wanted to branch out into the different Cities/Towns throughout the country , although he probably wasn't planning to be using Dunne to do it .

Would be hard to sell out the point anytime soon for any fighter tbh , consider it looks like this
