What's happened to Thaxton-Romanov?

Is this still set for April 4th? It's down on Sky schedules as set for Norfolk Showgrounds - anyone know what the venue is like? Are tickets on sale yet? I'm surprised nothing has been announced?

Romanov comes across as a decent guy, shows alot of respect to Thaxton.
should be a good fight, and i didn't know Romanov is only 25.
