Really hope this isn't true. It'll generate a nothing audience and, although I do like Hatton, it'll fuel his avoidance of Witter. Bad career move, needs a top 5 fighter to keep him in the frame.

Actually the US hold him in decent regards, so this isn't all bad. It's a decent keep busy given the availability of a half decent LW.

I haven't seen alot of Bradley - but his record seems tasty.

well i suppose he is just keeping busy.. Seeing as Other "Rated" fighters such as Hatton seem to be too busy to fight a decent Fighter like Witter

How far away is Bradley from being in the top 5?

It could have been a lot worse. Bradley is decent from what i have seen of him and better than Hopkins. Not a bad matchup only the risk factor outweighs the reward for Junior.

IMO, it does not really matter if Hatton does not want to face Witter, hey its his life. But only thing that gets on peoples nerves is how Hatton claims to be the Peoples Champ, and doing the best for Boxing....

Im afraid Witter Is on the Road to be remembered as the guy who was Too much Danger for too little reward.

At the end of the day Hatton is coming off a loss,
one of those sort of losses he may never be the same again from,
why jump into a big fight straight after such a devastating loss?

All this talk of people fearing Witter? You would think he was Tyson or something!

As for Bradley, never seen him fight, never heard of him as it happens - Not really where Witter needs to be at is it.

With Witter's style, time isn't really on his side, and fighting Mandatories against such little know opposition is not doing him any favours at all.

witter doesnt have much choice other than to face timothy bradley. hes hardly in a position to give up the wbc title to chase big fights is he? he needs that belt, its his only way of making sure hes not frozen out of the scene completely
