Green Undercard

Post by GM #1 »

Have heard locally that the undercard locally includes;

- Chris John defending his WBA title
- Porky Lovett v Crazy Kim for PABA light heavy title
- Willy Kickett
- Paul Miller in his comeback bout
- and last but not leats the Wills boys!

Bring it on. Will definitely being going to this one, got my tix already.

Not only does Green fight decent fights but his guys put on cards that are ten times better matched!!

I bloody hope so because I love watching that kid fight, his fight with Browne was the highlight of that whole last Green card.

It is a quality card, no doubt. I think the main event has the potential to be a cracker. It could be a serious war if Garay's chin holds out.

Hard to believe Chris John would be an undercard, secondly Willy Kickett still has a serious, career threatening hand injury. I am told he will not be able to fight for some time if ever. How credible are your sources??. I to have tickets but have heard nothing of the undercard.

So far the only fight confirmed on the undercard is Lovett -v- Kim. I think the Chris John fight may be wishful thinking.

Sportsnut has William Kickett down to fight Thomas Yakubu on the green undercard.

Yakubu is down to figh Jason Crowe at Rooty Hill RSL on 18/4 and Lincoln Stewart at Malvern Town Hall on 24/4. if he is fighting Kickett in Perth on 27/4 he has a very full dance card and a lot of travelling in front of him!

That's the undefeated bloke who had a draw with Steve Wills on the last green card...

Isn't the whole card off now?

bloody well hope it isn't. great opportunity for Jackson. You never know he could "come out" like Azumah Nelson did (vs Sal Sanchez). Probably won't but he definitely has something going for him.

Is it possible that another opponent will be found for Garay for the title? It looks like the whole card has been abandoned.
