Bunce in his element

Post by bennie »

The guy only talks boring heavyweights, so he's in his element with this Lennox Lewis story. He's claiming (by PM) that he knew about it before anyone. Bully for him.
The arrogance reeks.

I suppose he thinks he's psychic now on top of everything else!. Anyone with half a brain will have had a notion that Lennox was going to retire rather than face Vitali again!. Its a shame he didn't retire a while ago, the way he's been hanging around for months has damaged both the Heavyweight division and his own reputation.

No idea. As Silkov observes, it's a non-story anyway.

Who cares anyway? I'm sick of the big blubbers thinking that Boxing fans are concerned with there every move. Calling press conferences, talking title defence dates, hogging the news. BORING!!! Give me the little fellows anyday.

The reason they talk about heavies is because they don't know anything about the little guys.
Buncey: who was the first man to win three ABA titles at three different weights? You're an ex-amateur correspondent for Bn. You must know that one.

Is this actually the legendary Steve Bunce you are asking or a poster with the pseudonym Bunce?

Does the great Buncey view these pages?

It's because he's arrogant. Arrogant people are not liked by anyone but themselves.

No, I'm low profile. That's why I know Bunce.
As for this forum, it's high profile. That's why Bunce knows us.

I was leafing through Lennox's black & white coffee table book (amazing how quickly it made it to the bargain bins!)

and read a bit by Manny Steward - "

"The thing most people don't know about Lennox is that he hates people to know what he's thinking - he loves to surprise people".

Got me to thinking.....

Bunce LATEST !!!!

Post by catweazle »

Fitzroy Lodge,I think.Matchfixer could be Buncey???
Good source(not like one of Nasty's made-up ones) told me about Bunce's activities,I rekon he can 'Have a go' too !
His performance the other night on BBC was an improvement,he's listening to his critics ! Also,he WAS a BN correspondent in the 70's !
Dark Horse !
His credentials as a journo' are good.On this investigation,Bunce is found NOT guilty of blagging it!!! The Jury on his style is still out BUT is a matter of opinion.
SCORE;Catweazle 3,Real journo's 0 !
Worrying that an old ex-pro can acheive this ? Come on you lot, don't give Nasty ANY hope of EVER being right ! (even though he's clearly not any sort of journalist)
