Picked a brilliant video up off the Guardian website. I don't know if a few of you have seen this, and I had certainly seen a different version, but this video is always worth revisiting.
1970, Cus D'Amato and Muhammad Ali get together to discuss his ring return. Tactics, the Frazier fight, the whole whack. There's a great scene in which Cus visits the gym in Atlanta where Ali is preparing for his comeback exhibition and chats to Angelo Dundee about how much Ali has slipped in the three year lay off. (Makes you wonder how good Oscar could have been fighting more often when you listen to Cus.) There's nothing amazing said in the interview, but the sight of those two men in one room is something to behold. Imagine the quality of the boxing crack if ou were sharing a beer with those two men?
Anyway, enough of my crap, here's the link.

This is Awesome
Amazing how similar Tyson looks to Cus when hes bobbing and weaving in that video, and that was eight or nine years before Mike met Cus.
Did D'Amato ever box himself? It really was a D'Amato stamp getting in range, moving the head from side to side and then bang.
A brilliant video, thanks for the link
