This starts monday. I haven't seen too much news for it yet, but apparently Violito Payla of the Phillippines, the defending Asian Games flyweight champion, has injured himself and will not participate and will therefore not make the Olympics.

From the wikipedia page being updated by an Iranian:

at 51kg, now has Tulashboy Doniyarov qualified instead of Zorigtbataar. Also Jitender Kumar of India qualified in the third spot by beating Godfrey Castro.

at 54kg, qualifiers are Khurshid Tadjibayev of Uzbekistan, Kanat Abudalipov of Kazakhstan, and Han Soon-Chul of South Korea.

at 60kg has Merey Akshalov of Kazakhstan in, but no idea who the second qualifier is.

Galib Jafarov qualified at 57kg according to the intrepid wikipedia editor. He has Mongolia and North Korea fighting for the other.

He also put in Aliasker Bashirov of Turkmenistan winning at 69kg and Ruslan Myrsatayev taking the 91+kg competition.

Thanks jtyson for the tip - glad to see the site back up in time for the African qualifier.

Now that I can see the brackets again:

last update at 48kg was semis between Sherali Dostiev and Kenji Ohkubo on one side and the other Purvedorj Serdamba vs Nurlan Abdraimov.

The 64kg final appeared to have been Uranchimeg Munkh-Erdene vs Akmatali Madaminov.
