Rees comes out fast again, working the body good, very busy. Kotelnik warned for punching the back of the head, which was pretty much the first punch ht thrown this round, Rees is dominating him, really pushing the action, Kotelnik lands his first good shot which was a right hand, Rees finishs good, easy round for Rees.

ROUND 3

Kotelnik gets his jab going, Rees still looking for the body every time and usually finding it. Rees takes a good left hook to the chin. Kotelnik lands a good straight right in the last minute. Not enough head movement from Rees but those body shots are working a treat. I'll give it to Kotelnik for the better quality of work.

Cheers guys.

Want Rees to win this one purely because I cant stand Kotelnik.

See this coming down to work rate and fitness so if Rees works his body well it stands him in good stead as I dont think Kotelnik hits hard enough to KO Rees even tho he is the much larger man.

Round 3:

Rees jabbing away, now goes back to the body, ref is backing Enzo cut the tape hanging from Rees's gloves. Kotelnik lands a flush left that slightly wobbles Rees, Rees comes straight back though, good body shots from Rees, Kotelnik starting to get some good shots going now, close round, can't split.

M8 easier said than done - its harder to punch down and if Rees is good at ducking/bobbing I would imagine he is quite hard to hit! :D THanks for the rbr guys! :TU:

ROUND 4

Exchange of jabs to start. Rees looking to throw punches in bunches whenever he gets in close but is finding it a little bit harder to get inside now. Good work rate from Rees. Rees walks into a right hand. Kotelnik has a good last 30 seconds but would score it to Rees for the rest of the round on work rate.

Round 4:

Rees standing off s bit more now, Kotelnik starting to block and come back with bigger shots now, Rees looks as if he is starting to get a little tired, closeish round but I'm giving it to Kotelnik for the much cleaner shits.

Blood from Rees's nose now, but is outworking Kotelnik for the first minute, but Kotelnik now landing some flush shots of his own, Rees getting a bit careless, nice 1 - 2 to the body by Rees, but again gets caught clean on the way in, Kotelniks round.

Rees is going to have a hard last third, having to throw a lot of shots and not landing much.

ROUND 6

Jabs landing for Kotelnik, body shots for Rees. Rees still getting caught going backwards. Kotelnik starting to warm into the fight and take over but Rees is still coming forward any chance he gets. Kotelnik hurts Rees with 2 solid rights in the last minute. Kotelnik loading up the one-two combos now. Two big right hands from Kotelnik in the last 30.

Round 6:

Rees comes out fast but he's more often then not eatin shots from Kotelnik, Kotelnik is now opening up and shakes Rees, Rees trys to battle back but think it's fair to say Kotelnik punches are having more affect, LOVELY right from Kotelnik at the end, and he takes the round.

58-47 Kotelnik.

Rees already looking a bit ragged, this is ominous for the Welshman. I see a stoppage in the next two rounds.

Christ, good work from Rees, but how much longer can he keep this up. Kotelnik being worked over to the bod, this is great stuff.

ROUND 7

Rees comes out fired up and unloads a few shots into the body of Kotelnik. Rees out works Kotelnik in the first half and digs in some left hooks to the body and a good right to the head. Ref takes Rees to the corner to let the doctor take a look at a cut on the eye lid I think. Rees gets busy when the action resumes and goes back to the punches in bunches routine. Big finish from Kotelnik as he hurts Rees with a big combo. Rees round. Good rebound.

Think that could be a last hurrah. Rees won the round, but paid a big price. Brave performance, but Kotelnik looks fresh as a daisy.

Round 7:

Rees comes out and lands some good shits after a motivational talk from Enzo, and take the first minute, lovely bodywork by Rees, doctore being called to look at Rees, no ones sure whats wrong though. Rees comes in like a bull lands but also gets caught, Kotelnik lands FLUSH at the end with 2 or 3 shits that had Rees in trouble, it was Rees's round up to that point, but I'm not sure who to give it to it now, even.

68-67 Kotelnik.

Kot looking to be the aggressor, think he knows he is the stronger man in there. Rees will do very well to win this now.
