What was the selection criteria? Chisora has wins over a couple of the main competitors!

I'd love to see Chisora get in as I don't think he's anything special and would get spanked by a few of the other compeitors.

Morgan - I wonder what shape he'll be in as he's the power to stop a few early. I remember him blowing away Tony Booth on the Hatton vs. Kostya undercard. Not many people manage that.

Rogan vs. Bessey rematch, get in!

Good luck Billy hope it goes well mate.

At first look would favour Kenna and Dolan really obviously dependant on the draw but three rounds I suppose anything can happen really.

Rogan and Ferguson would have a squeak if in good shape as well.

Billy, any info on what distance (rounds) the fights are?

Looking at the list of boxers, couple of them i'd fancy to win Dolan and Kenna (sorry Billy) . thats providing Kenna has himself in shape, should be an entertaining night though.

Good luck Billy :TU:

Over 3 X 3 - Morgan would be a danger for anyone. Tough Brawler who can bang and is training his lardy arse off in Wales for this.

Read over on Warrior Boxing website that Chisora has had his contract handed back to him!

Didn't believe it until I see him being mentioned for this.Maybe one of Warrens boys on here can give us an update

I don't see what the big deal is about him. I've seen his last two fights and wasn't impressed. Perhaps I'm setting the bar too high.

But emerson, he used to have the only fools and horses theme tune - that counts for something, surely?

Would of loved it if Kevin Evans had thrown his hat in the ring, a better fighter than gammer imo, whod've been fav to win this imo.

You're right, Sam. I stand corrected.

At least it wasn't Ronan Keating or the Smurf song like Arthur Abraham.

How does the scoring work? Just the same as a normal fight- ie 9-10 or 8-10 with a knockdown? Or is it done by judges, in the style of an amateur 3 rounder. IE a fighter earns points rather than winning rounds.

The typical scoring system seems a little unfair over just three rounds.

ok so is this info correct,

The man that comes out on top will walk away with a decent pay cheque too. The winner will take home a prize of £25,000, the runner up will receive £10,000, while the two losing semi finalists will each receive £3,500. For good measure some £4,000 will also be allocated to two reserves.
If there is no knockout during a bout, the winner will be decided by three judges appointed by the British Boxing Board of Control.

In the event that a winning fighter cannot compete for the next round a reserve fighter will take his place for the next contest.

Chisora and Morgan are SN Fighters and SN Agreed to let them go in for it after they were invited to by Barry Hearn. No scandal, no gossip and Chisora is NOT getting £5k for just turning up nor did he, or would he ask for it either. He is first reserve.

No i'm broke , actually been on strike last week. So no money in the pot :D

Think it will be a good night though, all the boxers are of a similar level, all have good chins, so could be tight.
