Why is Chacon-Limon IV listed as a "controversial dec.?

I've never heard it referred to as such. If anything, the scoring is questionable because it was so close, but anyone with good sense should score it for Chacon. It doesn't make sense to label Ibeabuchi-Tua with the tamer "debatable decision" when that decision was clearly more off base.

Was there controversy stirred up at the time, perhaps by Don King?

I deleted the controversial comment. Generally speaking the scorecards should be adequate for an explanation.
